How many people can the limo hold?
Our lime green stretch limousine can hold 8-10 passengers.
Do you require a deposit?
A $100 CREDIT CARD deposit will be charged upon reservation for limo rental outside of 30 days. Within 30 days of reservation the full amount must be paid.
Will my deposit be credited to my overall balance of service?
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover)
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of your reservation date, NO refund will be given and the FULL AMOUNT will be charged to your credit card. If cancellation is before 30 days, the $100 deposit will not be returned.
Is the gratuity included?
Gratuity is included in the quoted price. If you feel that your driver has performed well above and beyond their duties you may give in addition but should not feel obligated to do so.
Is smoking allowed inside your vehicles?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the vehicles.
Can alcohol be consumed within the vehicle?
Yes, by anyone 21 years old or older.
Can we extend our service beyond the previously agreed upon end time?
Yes, if there are no conflicting reservations and the chauffer agrees to extend the overall reservation time. Each additional hour past the contracted agreement will be billed at the previously agreed upon hourly rate (to include gratuity) and collected up front. Extended time will be calculated in hour terms only. Partial payment for partial hours is not acceptable.
